Dear Little Onion,
Thank you for growing in our garden. You were so very yummy washed, chopped and sauteed. Please send a message for your friends to grow.
Thanks again,
Patiently waiting
We are a small family farm that started with one cabin and two chicks. We still have one cabin but the chicks have multiplied. I am sure we have over 100 by now. We show and breed most of our bantams. We sell our eggs at the local farmers market and right off the farm.

Preschool Day
We had preschool at the cabin one day last week. It was so much fun. The kids asked if we were going to go back to the cabin and have school everyday. I wish we could. The kids learned about the veggie and fruit garden. They learned about the fruit trees, the flowers and the chickens. They all got to help plant a muscadine plant and pet N.D.. We made a trip down to the creek and observed the roosters next door. Everyone got to dug in the dirt to see what they could find. Mrs. Connie and Mrs. Donice brought herbs for us to touch and smell. The best part of the day was painting on the chicken coop and eating home made slushes.
Take a look at all the fun we had -
